Under the plan, the program will take place from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on July 4, 2026, at the Bac Kan Ward People's Committee Hall, with the participation of about 200 delegates, including provincial leaders, representatives of departments, sectors and localities, business associations, corporations, enterprises, investors from both inside and outside the province, and experts.

The program will focus on introducing and promoting the potential and advantages of the province's northern region in fields such as industry, energy, minerals, agriculture and forestry, eco-tourism, community-based tourism, medicinal materials, and other economic sectors with development potential. In addition, delegates will be provided with information on investment incentive policies, key public investment projects for the 2026-2030 period, and the province's development orientation for communes and wards in the northern region.

The highlight of the program is a direct dialogue and exchange between leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, departments and sectors with businesses and investors, aimed at resolving difficulties, seeking cooperation opportunities, expanding markets and promoting new investment projects. The program is also expected to present investment policy approval decisions and sign memoranda of understanding with a number of investors and businesses.

In addition to investment promotion activities, the program will also feature a display area for images, investment promotion materials, OCOP products and other distinctive products of the province's northern region. Delegates will be introduced to and enjoy Dong Phuc Shan Tuyet tea - one of Thai Nguyen's signature tea products - while also experiencing the art of traditional tea brewing.

Through the “Morning Tea with Entrepreneurs” program, Thai Nguyen Province aims to create an open dialogue forum between authorities and the business and investor community; strengthen connections and cooperation; and promptly identify and resolve difficulties and obstacles in investment, production and business activities. At the same time, this is also an opportunity to promote the potential, advantages and investment opportunities of the province's northern region, thereby attracting investment resources and contributing to promoting the region's socio-economic development in the new period.
