At the Program, a representative of the Provincial Department of Construction introduced an overview of the highlights in the Provincial Planning and urban development orientation in the coming time. In which, planning is identified as an important foundation to create development space, orient investment attraction and develop the urban system, technical infrastructure and social infrastructure in a synchronous and modern direction, meeting the locality's sustainable development requirements. This information also helps the business community have more basis to research and orient investment in accordance with the general development planning of the province.

Delivering opening remarks at the Program, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan emphasized the particularly important role of planning work in orienting socio-economic development, creating a favorable investment environment and effectively exploiting the locality's potential and advantages. He affirmed that Thai Nguyen province always considers the business community an important force contributing to economic growth, creating jobs and promoting innovation; at the same time, he hoped that entrepreneurs and enterprises would continue to accompany the province, actively participate in contributing opinions to perfect mechanisms and policies and remove difficulties and obstacles during the investment, production and business process.

During the discussion session, entrepreneurs and enterprises raised many opinions related to tourism development planning, synchronous development of industrial parks with residential areas, social housing and service infrastructure; the publicization and digitization of planning information so that enterprises and people can easily access it; as well as mechanisms to create conditions for small and medium enterprises to participate more deeply in supporting industries, logistics, commerce and production supply. In addition, some opinions also mentioned continuing to improve the business investment environment, pushing administrative procedure reform and creating more favorable conditions for enterprises to access credit.

At the seminar, provincial leaders and representatives of departments and sectors directly exchanged and clarified many contents of interest to enterprises; simultaneously acknowledged proposals and recommendations for further research and resolution in the coming time. The frank and open exchanges at the program contributed to strengthening understanding and sharing between state management agencies and the business community.

The "Morning Tea with Entrepreneurs" program is expected to become a regular dialogue forum between the government and the business community, thereby contributing to improving the investment and business environment, promoting the sustainable development of enterprises and contributing positively to the socio-economic development goals of Thai Nguyen province in the coming time.

According to the plan, the Provincial People's Committee intends to organize the program periodically once a month with different themes, focusing on exchanging views, removing difficulties and listening to the opinions and proposals of enterprises.
