Workers looking for labor market information at the Provincial Employment Service Center

According to reports from 331 enterprises with a total of 139,800 workers, in 2025, the average salary of workers reached VND 10.66 million/person/month, an increase of 10.9% compared to 2024. This increase reflects the recovery and gradual stabilization of production and business activities in the province; simultaneously showing the concern of enterprises in improving income and living standards for workers.

Along with salary, Tet bonus regime continues to be maintained and slightly increased. The average New Year 2026 bonus reached VND 950 thousand/person, an increase of 1.2% compared to 2025. Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 bonus averaged VND 7.771 million/person, an increase of 3% compared to the Lunar New Year 2025. The relatively stable Tet bonus level has contributed to creating motivation, encouraging workers to work with peace of mind and stick with enterprises.

In the period leading up to Tet and the early months of 2026, the labor market in the province tends to become vibrant again. Labor recruitment demand of enterprises increased clearly, not only serving the expansion of production and business scale but also aiming to compensate for fluctuating labor numbers after Tet. It is forecast that in the first quarter of 2026, labor demand will continue to increase compared to previous quarters, but there is differentiation by trade, production and business sector and it is influenced by the domestic and international economic situation as well as the progress of deploying investment projects in the province.
