Perspective of GO! Pho Yen Shopping Center Project

The project is invested by Viet Nhat Pho Yen Real Estate Joint Stock Company and is to be implemented in Yen Binh Urban Area, Van Xuan Ward. According to the proposal, the project uses about 1.2 hectares of land, of which the shopping center building has a floor area of over 6,500 m². The total estimated investment is VND 410.74 billion. The investment preparation and project commencement time are in the first quarter of 2026; expected to be completed and put into operation and exploitation in the fourth quarter of 2027.

The Delegates attending the meeting exchanged, discussed and clarified several contents related to planning conformity, architectural plans, technical infrastructure, connecting traffic and project implementation progress.

Delivering directive remarks at the meeting, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Luong emphasized that the investment in building the GO! Pho Yen Shopping Center is consistent with the trade and service development orientation of the province and Van Xuan Ward. He requested the investor to absorb opinions from departments, branches and localities; continue to perfect the Project dossier, ensuring compliance with planning and legal regulations on investment, land, construction, environment as well as fire prevention and fighting; simultaneously carefully studying traffic organization solutions and synchronous technical infrastructure, limiting impact on surrounding areas during the implementation process.

The Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned relevant departments and branches to coordinate, guide and support the investor in completing procedures according to regulations, thereby soon submitting to competent authorities for consideration and decision, ensuring that the Project is implemented on schedule, contributing to completing the trade-service infrastructure system and promoting socio-economic development in the area.
