The meeting aimed to review overall tasks to ensure Thai Nguyen Quadrangular Football Tournament 2025 takes place successfully. Regarding invitation tickets, during 3 competition days (December 21, 24 and 27, 2025), a total of 66,000 invitation cards will be issued, 22,000 tickets per day. Tickets are designed to be distinguished by different colors and identification lines between days and matches, convenient for the audience as well as security control work. All matches will be broadcast live, creating conditions for a large number of people to follow conveniently.

Plans to ensure security, social order and safety, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting and cybersecurity have been built scientifically. Medical work, emergency, disease prevention and food hygiene and safety have also been fully arranged. Parallel to that, propaganda and promotion activities before, during and after the event have been, are and will be deployed strongly on digital media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate information, creating an exciting and widely spreading atmosphere.

In his directive remarks, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and coordination of units during the implementation of assigned tasks. The Comrade emphasized: The preparation time remains very short, so it is necessary to focus highly so that the Tournament takes place thoughtfully, scientifically and absolutely safely. The Comrade assigned the Project Management Board for Construction Investment of Civil and Industrial Works of Thai Nguyen province to urgently complete processes, procedures, acceptance and handover of the Stadium project in accordance with regulations; at the same time clean and embellish the entire space inside and outside the campus, completing decoration and reception preparations before December 15.

Plans related to media, electricity, water, telecommunications, security and order and food hygiene and safety must be fully built, including backup plans, absolutely not letting negligence occur. The Comrade assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in the role of the standing agency, to continue coordinating closely with related departments, branches and units, controlling all work contents and reporting timely to the Organizing Committee when problems arise.
