Concluding the Conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh clearly stated that in 2026, it is necessary to turn the tide and strongly transform the state in international integration from “expanding relations” to “improving quality, going into depth” and from “participating” to “leading, shaping” with a proactive and positive spirit. Simultaneously, it is necessary to ceaselessly adapt proactively, flexibly and effectively to rapid and complex developments in the international situation, contributing to maintaining strategic initiative in international relations and making international integration truly a pillar in national development.
